Who we are

This website is operated by The Trustee for KDP Pete Trust, trading as KDP Fitness (ABN 62 343 162 414), Ravenhall, Victoria. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What this policy covers

This policy covers the INFINITY-Coach website (www.infinitycoach.com.au). The INFINITY-Coach app at app.infinitycoach.com.au handles additional information, including health information, and is covered by our App Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

• Information you send us, such as your name, email address and message when you email us.
• Purchase details when you buy a playbook. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Technical information our hosting provider collects automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, used for security and basic visitor statistics.

Reviews

If you submit a review, we collect your first name and last initial, email address, star rating, your answers, any photo you add, and the permissions you give, with the date. We use your email only to confirm you're a member and to contact you about your review. We never publish it. We publish a review only after we've checked it and only with your permission, showing your first name and last initial. If you agree, we may also share it on our social media. Reviews and photos are stored with our website hosting and database provider, which may store data outside Australia. You can ask us to remove your review or photo at any time by emailing danny@kdpfitness.com.au. We'll remove it from our website and stop using it in new posts.

Health information

This website does not ask you for health information. If you choose to include health details in an email, we use them only to respond to you.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries, provide products you buy, operate and secure the website, and understand how the website is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our hosting, email and payment providers. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it appropriately.
